Frequently Asked Questions

Is food included?

Food is not included on this day tour as guests are encouraged to purchase lunch and snacks from local businesses to support the community! You can also bring your own food and store it in the eskies on board.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes, the minimum age is 6 years old. Child prices apply to kids ages 6-12.

Will we get to go swimming in Litchfield National Park?

Yes! The tour visits one stunning swimming spot where you can cool off in the freshwater. The exact location will depend on the weather and road conditions, but Buley Rockhole or Wangi Falls are two popular swimming spots we might visit.

What should we wear for the day tour?

As this is an outdoor adventure tour, wear comfortable clothes that are lightweight and breathable. The Top End can get very hot so sun protection is also key. Bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen!

What level of fitness do we need?

This day tour only has around 1km of walking, so only a basic level of fitness is required.

How many people will be on the tour?

The tour takes a maximum of 21 guests for a small group experience!

How much luggage can we bring?

As there is limited space in the buses, please only bring a small day bag. Excess luggage can be stored at your accommodation in Darwin.

Is the crocodile cruise included?

There are two tour options which you can select at checkout, the Fogg Dam option or the crocodile cruise option. If you book the crocodile cruise option, the cruise is included in the ticket price. The cheaper alternative is visiting Fogg Dam to view the beautiful wetland environment and native birdlife.
