Upon arriving in the Heritage-listed Kakadu National Park, head straight for Ubirr. These are some of the world's most famous displays of ancient Aboriginal rock art, and you will get to learn all about the stories and legends behind the art from your guides. Then climb to the top of Ubirr and soak in the panoramic views of the lush Nardab floodplains and the nearby Arnhem Land.
Finish off the night with a cosy campfire at an exclusive safari camp at Mardugal Billabong in the heart of Kakadu National Park!

Today is the epic 4WD adventure to Jim Jim Falls! Enjoy a scenic drive through the more remote parts of Kakadu that 2WD vehicles can't access. Hike for about 1km through a dramatic gorge to see Jim Jim Falls and all its glory. With 200-metre high sandstone cliffs and a refreshing plunge pool, this is one of the coolest and most photogenic spots in Kakadu National Park.
After lunch, begin the drive back to Darwin and arrive around 5:30pm.

What is the accommodation like?
The tour includes one night of accommodation at a powered campsite. You will be staying in twin-share tents with a pillow and sheet, and shared facilities including toilets, showers, a large screened undercover camp area for meals, and power for charging your devices.
How much luggage can we bring?
There is a strict luggage limit of 10kg in a soft bag plus a carry on day pack. No hard cases please!
Do we need to bring a sleeping bag?
Yes, a sleeping bag is required for this tour. You can bring your own or hire one for $20.
When does the tour start and end?
Tour commences in Darwin on Day 1 at 6.30 am and finishes in Darwin (Day 2) at approximately 5.30pm. Onward travel from Darwin must be booked for the following day.
Can my dietary requirements be catered for?
Yes, however you must notify us in advance as your lunches are packed for you on the tour and can't be changed last-minute.
