  • Passengers are advised to wear enclosed-toe, non-slip footwear for this tour, as well as long-sleeve clothing where temperatures allow.
  • While the helicopter flight time is approximately 15-20 minutes, the total tour duration is 1 hour and 30 minutes to account for check-in time, photo opportunities, and safe embarking and disembarking from the helicopter.

No helicopter tour will fly directly over the top of Uluru or Kata Tjuta. This is in accordance with the National Parks Australia procedures for flying within the National Park. 

All passengers hoping to take to the Outback skies must be fit, able, and have a moderate to high level of mobility in order to safely embark and disembark the helicopter without assistance.

In order to embark and disembark the helicopter, passengers will need to be able to manoeuvre steps and platforms.

What is the minimum age for this tour?

There is no minimum age for this helicopter tour, infants under 3 years old fly for free sitting on an adult lap with infant restraint and earmuffs. 3+ years old need to be on their own seat but are allowed on the flight.

Does this tour go to Kata Tjuta or Mt Conner?

No. Although you might catch a glimpse of these epic landmarks in the distance, this tour focuses specifically on Uluru. 

If you'd like to spend some time admiring Kata Tjuta from the sky, consider the Tour of the Giants or the Uluru and Kata Tjuta Scenic Flight.

What is the maximum number of guests per tour?
