Day 1 - Perth, Pinnacles, and Geraldton

Day 1 - Perth, Pinnacles, and Geraldton
Begin your Perth to Exmouth adventure by meeting your friendly guides and boarding the private minibus. Head north into Nambung National Park where you can admire the unique, ancient pillars of the Pinnacles Desert. Then continue onto the charming coastal city of Geraldton and explore the area's highlights on a guided tour.

Day 2 - Northhampton and Kalbarri National Park
Continue north from Geraldton to Northhampton, a historic town with intriguing heritage-listed buildings. After exploring the town and learning about its history, travel to the gorgeous Kalbarri National Park. Full of rugged rock formations and canyons, you'll soak in the best views of the park at Nature’s Window, Kalbarri Skywalk, and Z Bend Gorge before admiring the vibrant Pink Lake (also known as Hutt Lagoon).

Day 3 & 4 - Shark Bay and Monkey Mia
Your next destination is the UNESCO World Heritage site of Shark Bay, a tranquil stretch of coastline known for its vibrant marine life. Spend the day checking out Shell Beach, Hamelin Pool Marine Nature Reserve, and Eagle Bluff before heading on a Rock Lobster Pot Pull Boat Trip to try and catch your own lobster!
Day 4 is a day of leisure, so you can explore Shark Bay however you choose. Join some educational First Nations experiences courtesy of the Nhanda and Malgana people, or hang out on the coast around Monkey Mia and watch bottlenose dolphins play in the waves. You can also just relax, swim in the sea, try a spa treatment, or join a sunset cruise.

Day 5 - Carnavon
Today you'll depart Monkey Mia and travel to the agricultural town of Carnavon for a day full of food and culture! Visit the Gascoyne Aboriginal Heritage Centre to learn about the traditions of the local Indigenous communities. Then learn about the local cuisine and plant life by seeing the diverse cacti of the Carnarvon Cactus Farm and the tasty delights of the Gascoyne Food Trail.

Day 6 - Coral Bay and Ningaloo Reef
Next, head up to Coral Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage site with thriving marine life. Check out the colourful underwater world of Ningaloo Reef on a glass bottom boat tour, or hire snorkel gear to dive under the surface and see the corals up close. See the iconic Vlamingh Head Lighthouse before settling into your accommodation in Exmouth for the night!

Day 7 & 8 - Exmouth
Day 7 is full of opportunities, as you have the day free to choose your own activities in Exmouth. Spend the day relaxing in paradise on your own, or add on an incredible swim with whale sharks. You could also join a day trip to Cape Range National Park to explore the rugged limestone cliffs and wilderness trails.
Enjoy one more magical night in Exmouth before the tour ends! On Day 8, you can choose to extend your stay in Exmouth, fly out to elsewhere in Australia, or book an express return shuttle to Perth.

The tour ends on day 8 in Exmouth. No onward travel is included, so you can plan your own adventures from there!
Can we book a return shuttle to Perth?
Yes! There is an express return shuttle from Exmouth to Perth which takes 2 days. Contact us to add this onto your booking!
What level of fitness is required for this tour?
Only a minimum level of fitness is required. It's a boutique, customisable tour with no strenuous hikes, and most active tours like snorkelling are optional add-ons. There is plenty of free time to relax if you wish!
