- Tour commences in Yulara (Ayers Rock Resort) on day 1 from 1:00pm and finishes in Yulara at approximately 12pm on day two, outbound flights should be booked after 12:30pm.
- Please note pick up times from Ayers Rock Resort do vary at different times of the year due to daylight savings and flight time changes.
- 15kg in soft bag plus carry on day pack. No hard cases please.

Where does the tour start and finish?
The tour begins and ends in Yulara (Ayers Rock Resort), just outside Uluru. Pick-up is from 1:00pm on Day 1, and the tour finishes around 12:00pm on Day 2. Make sure your departing flight is scheduled for after 12:30pm. Please confirm all times on your physical ticket before booking any flights.
Is accommodation included? What’s it like?
Yes, you’ll stay in a permanent powered campsite with shared facilities. It’s a step up from basic camping, with provided mattresses, linen, and a fan for added comfort. You’ll also enjoy a scenic, open-air dinner with your group.
How much walking is involved?
Expect around 2-3 hours of walking each day. This includes a guided walk at Kata Tjuta and a self-guided base walk around Uluru (optional full 10km loop). Moderate fitness is recommended, and suitable hiking shoes are essential.
What meals are included?
Dinner on Day 1 and breakfast on Day 2 are included. Dinner is a hearty, starlit meal, while breakfast is served at camp before your Uluru sunrise experience. Please advise of dietary requirements at booking.
