- For bookings cancelled less than 3 days prior to departure or no shows, there are strictly no refunds.
- For bookings cancelled between 3 and 30 days prior to departure, Island Life Adventures Pty Ltd will refund 50% of the amounts paid.
- For bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to departure, Island Life Adventures Pty Ltd will refund amounts paid less the non-refundable 20% deposit.
A refund in the event of cancellation is subject to both our Cancellation Policy and the terms of the supplier.
